Brief Biography

Dharini Kalyanaraman is a renowned vocalist in the Carnatic music tradition, and has performed widely around the world from a young age.  She is a disciple of Sangita Kalanidhi Smt. R Vedavalli and Kalaimamani Sri. Vasanth Kumar, and had earlier training from late Smt. Sulochana Pattabhiraman. She is an A grade artist from All India Radio and "Asthana Vidushi" of Sri Ahobila Mutt. Dharini has also been active in teaching and propagating Carnatic music, and has served as the secretary of the Youth Association for Classical Music (YACM)
